WhatsApp: “Hi [Name], just checking you received the quote I sent for [Product]. Happy to walk you through it or adjust anything to fit your budget. What works best for you?”

Quote follow-ups work best within 24–48 hours, while the decision is still fresh.

3. The Gentle Nudge (No Response Yet)

WhatsApp: “Hi [Name], I know things get busy! Should I keep this open for you, or is now not the right time? Either answer is completely fine.”

Giving an easy “no” option often gets you a “yes” — or at least a clear answer so you can move on.

4. The Value-Add Touch

WhatsApp/Email: “Hi [Name], thought this might help while you decide — [link to a guide, case study, or quick tip relevant to them]. Let me know if any questions come up.”

This keeps you present without pestering, and positions you as helpful rather than pushy.

5. The Re-Engagement (Gone Cold)

WhatsApp: “Hi [Name], it's been a while! We've added [new feature/offer] since we last spoke. Would it be worth a quick look for [Company]?”
