Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CRMLead Pro ("Service"), operated by DevLogic Technologies Pvt Ltd ("DevLogic", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial users, paid subscribers, and administrators.

For enterprise agreements, a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) may supersede these terms where applicable.

2. Account Registration

To use CRMLead Pro, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access at legal@crmleadpro.in
  • Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

Each organisation account may have multiple users based on the subscription plan. An organisation is responsible for the actions of all users under its account.

3. Subscription & Billing

3.1 Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged as applicable under Indian tax law and reflected on your invoice.

3.2 Free Trial

CRMLead Pro offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Trial data is retained for 7 days after trial expiry before deletion.

3.3 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans receive a discount. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

3.4 Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase, at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact legal@crmleadpro.in.

3.5 Late Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Accounts with overdue payments will be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days. We are not liable for data loss resulting from account suspension due to non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CRMLead Pro to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk communications without recipient consent
  • Violate any applicable law, including the IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, or CAN-SPAM Act
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy any part of the Service
  • Resell or white-label the Service without a written reseller agreement
  • Store data of EU residents without appropriate GDPR safeguards in place

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the CRMLead Pro platform — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of DevLogic Technologies Pvt Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights; you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription period.

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant DevLogic a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of CRMLead Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any personal data of third parties (your leads, contacts, or customers) through the Service. DevLogic acts as a data processor in relation to such data.

7. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email or the status page at status.crmleadpro.in. DevLogic is not liable for outages caused by force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or your own network issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevLogic's total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

DevLogic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevLogic Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your CRM data and how you use it.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination: (a) your access to the Service will cease; (b) your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted; (c) you may export your data within the 90-day window by contacting support.

DevLogic may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material breach of these Terms, without refund.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by notifying us at legal@crmleadpro.in.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
